Gnorasaurus Policies

I want you to be happy. Really, I do. If you are not happy with any stock item for any reason, I will gladly refund your purchase price.  Returns on custom orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. (I promise I will make sure you love your custom design before I finalize it.) Please bear in mind that the iron-on transfers will by nature become distressed with wear and washing over time.

Each item is made to order; I do my best to ship within 5 business days. If you need something sooner, please contact me. 

Shipping/Handling: One item: $4.95, each additional item $3.50. If you'd like to pick up your item(s) at my New Paltz studio, please contact me (refund of shipping charges).
