I want you to be happy, I really do. Please bear in mind that all items are one-of-a-kind and may vary from photo. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and we can come up with a solution. However, I am very thorough and communicative throughout the process of creating custom orders, and do not accept returns on custom pieces for any other reason than a defect in workmanship or damage during shipping.

I am required New York State law to collect 8% sales tax on all orders. The only exception to this is a qualified wholesale transaction, and you can contact me for wholesale pricing and policies.

I ship Priority Mail through the USPS. Express mail services and insurance can be requested; please contact me.
